Sleeping Dogs

In square enix’s 2012 open world crime and cop thriller,In Sleeping Dogs, players will assume the role of gangster Wei Shen, a Hong Kong native who hd spent most of his life in California moves back to Hong Kong, revives some old rivalries, and works for the police department to finish the deadly triads of Hong Kong from the inside-out.
STORYLINE:-
The game has a pretty straight storyline, in which we play a GTA-style campaign, work for various triad leaders (red poles) and work our way to the top of the food chain, all the while working for the police, and acting loyal to the gang leaders. While he spirals deeper and deeper into the triad war, he also works towards uncovering his own true self, as the borders between justice, brotherhood, and duty get increasingly blurred. As the game progresses, Wei Shen's complex personality and character slowly develops, and is this aspect he sets a contrast to criminals like Niko Bellic, as he good and evil natures in Shen are constantly at war with each other.
GAMEPLAY
Although the PC version was plagued by camera and performance issues at the time of launch, we can really point out some noteworthy innovations introduced by developer United Front Games to make the game more immersive and set it apart from the competition with giants of the genre, such as GTA, Red Dead Redemption and Saints Row. The first one that comes to mind is the huge variety of combat moves, which are a mixture of kung-fu and tae-kwon-do that help in devastating the enemy. Moreover, the hand-to hand combat is a hybrid of button-mashing Arkham City and the Assassin’s Creed counter system, which makes for a pretty fluid fight experience, with chained kills
Besides story missions, there is also a wide variety of side missions and face missions that can be done to increase the meager experience gained from storyline missions, to make the game go a little easier.
Graphics:-
To start with, Sleeping Dogs has some pretty amazing visuals, and a beautifully rendered, bustling city of Hong Kong, with many major landmarks like Aberdeen, North Point, Kennedy Town and Central. The streets are filled with pedestrians that respond to the playyer, as well ass to each other. The sprawling map (Though not as large as many would have liked) provides for some picturesque locations and Sleeping Dogs delivers moments like standing against the sunlight with classy shades with more style than any other open world game.
